STANDARD DELIVERY
Determined by the size and weight of item. Standard delivery charge is shown with each item. Most items ship within 24 hours and arrive within 3-5 days of shipment date. Select oversized or heavy items may not qualify.

We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations including Canada.

UPGRADE OPTIONS FOR STANDARD DELIVERY:

2nd-Day
Orders placed before 11:00am CST ship the same day and arrive by the end of the second business day (Monday-Friday). Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Select oversized or heavy items may not qualify.

Orders placed before 11:00am CST ship the same day and arrive by the end of the following business day (Monday-Friday). Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Select oversized or heavy items may not qualify.

IN-HOME DELIVERY*
(Denoted by the symbol in the catalog.) Select oversized or heavy items automatically receive In-Home Delivery. Most items arrive within 7-10 days of shipment date. Includes delivery across your first doorway or threshold (i.e. garage, front door or home). Assembly not included. When the shipment arrives in your local area, a shipping agent will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour timeframe for delivery. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

Available on select items only. Available options and pricing are shown with each item. In addition to your services provided with In-Home Delivery, includes placement in room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs), unpacking, and removal of packing materials. Assembly not included. When shipment arrives in your local area, a shipping agent will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour timeframe for delivery. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Not available in Alaska or Hawaii.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUARANTEE:
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 45 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping. A return received after 45 days (but within 90 days) qualifies for merchandise credit or exchange only. A return received after 90 days will be returned to you. Delivery refusal for any reason other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% service fee. Custom-made and personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned; however, in the event that you item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost. To return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order, insure the package and send it to our distribution center at:
