Shipping rates listed above are for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Some items require a freight surcharge in addition to the regular processing/shipping charge, indicated in the product description.
Orders shipping within the U.S. but outside of the 50 states have additional processing/shipping charges not reflected online. You will be contacted in 2 to 3 business days by email with an accurate quote. Your credit card will not be charged until you have approved the final total by email or phone.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Our warehouse maintains a large inventory, so many items are ready for immediate shipment. Most items are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery service and arrive within one week of the shipment date. Custom window treatments and items denoted as In-Home Delivery usually arrive in about 2 weeks.
We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date and time, or call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they will either leave the package or leave a note. Items ordered at the same time may not necessarily be delivered together.
Once you have placed your order you can check your order status to receive your expected shipping date and tracking number.
Items denoted as In-Home Delivery and items above FedEx® size limitations cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancels
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 45 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping. A return received after 45 days (but within 90 days) qualifies for merchandise credit or exchange only.
Can you ship my item 2nd Day or expedite shipping?
We're sorry, next day and second day delivery are not available on our website at this time. For expedited shipping, please call 1-877-537-8539 (toll-free) to place your order. Express shipping is not available for in-home deliveries.
What is In-Home Delivery?
In-Home Delivery is denoted by the symbol.
This service applies to select large and heavy items. Your merchandise is typically delivered within two weeks of the shipment date. Express shipping is not available for In-Home Deliveries.
When the shipment arrives in your local area, a shipping agent will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour timeframe for delivery.
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.
Items are unpacked.
Items are placed per your specifications (up to one flight of stairs).
Any packaging materials are removed.
Assembly is not included.
Additional freight charges may apply for special deliveries such as multiple floors or difficult to access areas. Please notify the carrier when setting the appointment of any special requirements.
You will be required to accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the item(s). If your order appears damaged in any way, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You are responsible for notifying Home Decorators Collection of any damages within 10 days of delivery.
