Additional Options

Reverse Roll
The fabric rolls off the front of the roller. Reverse roll is available only with the continuous cord lift control. The default roll direction is the standard roll, where the fabric rolls off the back of the roller.

Decorative Hem
Scalloped hems with trim or fringe outline add a tailored appearance. The trim is placed directly on the edge of the scallop, while the fringe hangs over the edge of the scallop.(surcharge)

Extension Brackets
Select extension brackets if you plan to install the headrail above the window molding to project out from the window and wall to clear any obstacles. Available with outside mount only.

How to Clean

Shade fabrics are specially treated to repel dust and dirt. Dust regularly or gently vacuum with brush attachment. You may spot clean with a soft cloth or sponge moistened with lukewarm water. Add mild detergent if needed. Blot gently and dry the shade in fully lowered position. See your product information for more details.

Warranty

Levolor Window Fashions proudly extends a lifetime-limited warranty on custom blinds and shades to the original residential retail purchase as long as the product remains in the original window (except for unfinished wood cornices, which have no warranty).

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom window treatments cannot be returned except for warranty repair. Cancellations and exchanges are not permitted.

Do not take allowances; the manufacturer will make the necessary adjustments to ensure that your window treatment fits perfectly in your window. Measure carefully. We are not liable for incorrect measurements or information.

In the event your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide a replacement at our expense. Contact us with detailed information as to what is wrong with the item. Please have your Order Confirmation number available. Defective item(s) should be returned to the manufacturer, not Home Decorators Collection.
