Mount (n.)
1. Inside mount and flush mount window treatments sit inside your window frame. A window treatment installed using inside mount means the window treatment sits inside the window casing, but the headrail does not. A window treatment installed using the flush mount method means the entire window treatment, including the headrail, sits flush inside the window casing. Flush mount usually requires a very deep window casing.
2. Outside mount window treatments are installed a few inches on either side of your window opening, and will cover the entire window frame. |
